Another year has come and gone, we hope you enjoyed your Holiday celebrations and from all of us at Bistro Charlotte a Very Happy New Year to one and all.

On Wednesday 4th January 2012 we will open the bistro with some lighter dishes to temp your appetite.

The Menu includes:

Persian Chicken Kebab on a Bed of Couscous with Dried Fruits and Pine Nuts

Quinoa, Fennel, Feta and Pomegranate Seed Salad

Salmon Grilled with Ginger and Rosemary on Avocado and Edamame Bean Salad

7 Spice Roasted Duck in Lettuce Tacos with Mango, Mint and Cucumber Salsa

Swedish Meatballs with Creamed Gravy and Cranberry Sauce

Asian Chicken Salad with Pineapple, Almonds and a Crunchy Onion Topping

On Sunday 8th January we shall feature our Famous Elvis Burger to Celebrate the King's Birthday. However, if that is not to your taste we will also have Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding and Mince Pies, so if you missed out you still have a chance to eat some.
